Beautiful amber color like a cognac with shine and transparency. The nose is discreet with notes of grains and woody vanilla. It is powerful with aromas of mirabelle plum and green plum. There are also sweet spices and touches of citrus fruits such as candied orange. The palate is soft, powerful, aromatic with present notes of grains but also of candied fruits such as orange, pineapple and mango. We have a mid-palate a little on rum, round, with currant and baked apple. The finish has a slight bitterness reminiscent of malted grains. There are also notes of hazelnut and roasted almonds.
