The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, fatness, a good definition, elegance, gourmandize, roundness as well as a small pulpyness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, quenette and small notes of ripe lemon associated with touches of sweet pink grapefruit as well as a subtle hint of vanilla and elderflower.
