The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful maturity, a little velvety side as well as a slight power. It reveals notes of violet, creamy blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of crushed blackcurrant associated with touches of liquorice, hints of pepper as well as a subtle hint of graphite and a very discreet varietal hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, an acid structure, precision, a good definition, a fine tension, precision, gourmandize as well as roundness. Beautiful freshness and purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, creamy blackberry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of camphor, graphite as well as hints of violet, black pepper and a subtle hint of toasted/toasted hazelnut.
