The nose is powerful and offers minerality as well as an oxidative hint. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of small berries associated with fine touches of Cuben pepper and a subtle hint of Ceylan tea. The mouth is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers elegance, a good definition, juiciness and a fine crunchiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy/ripe blackcurrant and small notes of juicy/ripe wild strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, chocolate as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and sweet spices. Tannins are well-built.
