The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, tension as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried fig, dried apricot and small notes of caramelized orange associated with fine touches of dried citrus fruits, hints of caramelization, cedar, raisin, very discreet hint of candied pineapple, pâtisseries as well as a subtle hint of almond and date. Good length. A very discreet hint of dried apricot on the finish / persistence. A beautiful wine!
