A pretty, elegant nose that offers a certaine intensity in accuracy, complexity, a fine multi-layered side and a pretty, stretched side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small ripe wild fruits, associated with touches of cubeb pepper, nutmeg, small blue fruits, a hint of crushed strawberry, as well as discreet hints of small blue fruits, Madagascar pepper, bourbon vanilla, smoke and a subtle hint of sense of the place. Beautiful personality and depth. The palate is fruity, juicy, precise, elegant and offers a lovely melodious side, textured, substance and tension, even a certain straightness. It also presents a controlled generosity, gourmandise and a nice fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, crushed black plum and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of vanilla, tobacco, as well as fine hints of tobacco, toasted, crushed hazelnut and a subtle hint of almost warm chestnut in the background.
