(70% Syrah, 30% Grenache) The nose is fruity and a bit powerful. It reveals notes of sour cherry and cherry associated with a slight saline minerality note as well as fine notes of garrigue and laurel. The palate is fruity, fat, round, gourmande and offers a beautiful silky matter, a certain deepness and intensity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cherry in kirsch and raspberry combined with a few notes of blackberry, slight notes of cassis cream as well as fine notes of spices (chocolate, coffee ), a few notes of wood (in the background), touches of garrigue and lavender. Tannins are fine and slightly dusty. Good length.
