The nose is aromatic, elegant and intense. It reveals notes of white fruits (apple, pear) associated with a few slight buttered notes (in the background) and slight notes of spice (curcumin, black pepper) as well as a few notes of olive tree. The palate is mineral, fat and offers a beautiful deepness, a slight salinity and a certain sweetness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed brugnon and white fruit associated with fine notes of exotic fruits, garrigue / olive, butter as well as touches of yogurt, black pepper, toasted oak and vanilla on the finish. Good length and persistence.
