The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. On the nose, it expresses fresh notes of lemon zest, white peach, fresh apricot, acacia and very subtle hints of honey and mint. The palate is delicate, with a slight bitterness that counterbalances the sweet flavors of fresh grapes, juicy white peach and yellow plum. An airy foam and good acidity in a pleasant finish, on the fresh fruits adds a nice freshness to this wine. Nice balance and finesse.
