The nose is fine and tangy, with citrus notes which are first revealed (lime zest, lemon, grapefruit zest) and are complemented by a mineral calcareous touch as well as a metallic hint. We also find notes of white peach, apricot, fennel and green apple. The mouth is precise and vertical. It expresses the flavors of chopped citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime zest, lemon), green apple, white flowers and coriander seeds, combined with limestone minerality. The finish is persistent, with good bitterness and expressive minerality. Beautiful acidity, concentration and elegance.
