The nose of the wine is fleshy, ripe and expresses notes of yellow peach and crushed apricots, candied lemon, toasted brioche, yogurt with a hint of butter, refreshed by notes of fresh lemon and grapefruit. The attack on the palate is chiseled and lemony, with flavors of lemon, grapefruit and its good bitterness. In the mid-palate, the wine expresses flavors of yellow peach, apricot, yogurt, lemon curd, toasted brioche and butter, as well as nutmeg, dried herbs and white flowers. Nice complexity, precision and freshness.
