The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a racy minerality, a very discreetly tight grain, elegance as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and small notes of cornflowers associated with fine touches of ripe blueberry, ripe / crushed strawberry as well as slight hints of black tea, graphite and discreet hints of sweet spices, Sichuan pepper and a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, fine, delicate, racy and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful structure, tension, suavity, a fine acidulous frame, freshness, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful guideline as well as a slight aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of ripe/fresh raspberry, fresh/ripe blueberry, hints of cornflower, tonka bean, Cuben pepper, sweet spices, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco and caramelization. Tannins are structuring and very discreetly marked. A very discreet chews on the finish. Good persistence.
