The wine has a pale ruby color, with garnet reflections. The nose offers gourmandise, precision, pure and juicy fruit, as well as a subtle and elegant spiciness. It expresses the aromas of fresh blueberry, blackcurrant, wild strawberry, bigarreau cherry, elderberry and raspberry, combined with very delicate and slightly perceptible sweet spice notes (nutmeg, clove, a touch cumin), as well as floral nuances (rose petals), a touch of dry bay leaf and pine sap (even an almost imperceptible hint of tar in the background), complemented by a subtle minerality (graphite) in the background . The palate is straight, chiselled and offers the accuracy and finesse of its melted and enveloped tannic structure. The flavors are pure, slightly reserved, but refined and complex. The wine expresses notes of crushed blackcurrant, blueberry, bigarreau cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberries, which bring a delicate bitterness on the finish. We also find the fine spiciness, which we see on the nose (nutmeg, clove), a touch of dried rose, dry bay leaf and pine sap in the background. Beautiful acidity, the finish is long and sapide, with a pleasant acidity and a limestone mineral touch. Finesse, gourmandise and good balance.
