Moisin de Château Moutte Blanc 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose reveals certain power, a fine grain and intensity. There are notes of wild blackcurrant, concentrated blueberry and, more slightly, strawberry, combined with fine touches of grey pepper, a hint of balsamic, and fine hints of liquorice. The palate is mineral and reveals freshness, good definition, a certain tension, smoothness, and an acidic backbone. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy/tart blackberry, blackcurrant and slightly plum notes combined with hints of raspberry, racy minerality as well as hints of liquorice and discreet cardamom. The tannins are precise and finely firm.
