The wine has a very pale color that tends towards light pink. The nose is fresh, fruity and mineral. There are notes of vine peach, melon as well as racy minerality. We also perceive fine touches of citrus fruits such as pomelo. On the palate, there is a slight sparkle on the attack with freshness and fruit. We have a persistent tangy frame and minerality. There are notes of juicy white peach, crunchy red berries and fine touches of white grapes. The finish is refreshing with a touch of garrigue and especially olive wood.
