The nose is fine, elegant and offers a slight richness (in the background). It reveals notes of ripe lemon and slight notes of ripe apple associated with very discreet hints of papaya, an imperceptible hint of crushed pear as well as a subtle/very discreet hint of beeswax/vanilla (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers fat, suavity, a beautiful finesse, a very slight fleshy, gourmandise, tension as well as a slight juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe small yellow fruits and quince associated with slight notes of green apple, papaya as well as a subtle hint of fowers and flint. Good length. There are a discreet toasted hint, vanilla and a discreet grilled hint on the persistence.
