This crémant has a beautiful pale pink color. It is shiny with fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity with a smoky minerality. We have blackberry, black cherry but also red apple. The second nose opens with peony-type flowers. The palate is fresh with a minerality present from the attack with an interesting salinity. There is also a nice acidity and dynamic effervescence. There are notes of red apple, quince, ripe fig and blackberry. It’s nice and light. The finish is salivating with the acidity still present. It’s refreshing.
