This crémant has a shiny straw yellow color. The nose is intense with beautiful notes of cooked yellow apple but also a fine hint of petroleum. We also perceive white grapes and a little quince. The second nose is more measured with a touch of roasted pineapple. The palate is fresh with a bitterness present from the attack which enhances the whole. The effervescence is pleasant. We have honeyed as well as fruity notes with apple but also candied melon. There is a hint of salinity in the finish with umami.
