The nose is fruity, mineral, fresh and offers richness (but well-balanced) as well as elegance. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarine and small notes of ripe zests associated with touches of ripe grapefruit, pear/quince as well as hints of apple and discreet hints of bee wax/almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, finesse, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine straightness as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe mandarinte and small notes of flat peach associated with fine touches of zests as well discreet hints of quince and a very discreet hint of almond/bee wax. Good length and good persistence. A beautiful wine!
