The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a very discreet sappy hint, a racy minerality, a fine tension, freshness as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow acidulous/juicy fruit and small notes of flowers associated with touches of citrus, pear as well as very discreet hints of bee wax (in the background). Good length.
