The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, gourmandize as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh, crunchy brugnon, small notes of fresh/crunchy Mirabelle associated with small touches of kumquat, lemon, lemon zests as well as hints of fresh lychee and flint.
