Beautiful persistent foam with a nice medium straw gold color. The nose is fresh with a smoky minerality. It is precise on fruits like the white peach but also the pineapple and the mandarin leaf. There are also floral notes of cherry blossoms and discreetly creamy citrus. The mouth is direct with lively bubbles. Fresh and light, the tasting is lemony. The texture is silky with a discreet aromatic. The finish ends with a hint of salt but also flavors of almond, orange blossom and small kirsch cherries.
