Pale lemon colour. The nose is smoky and reductive, somewhat restrained and needs aeration. The palate shows a delicate bitterness, savoury notes of dried herbs and almost lanolin. The wine elegant and tight with mineral backbone, waxy texture, pungent and fresh character, already not fruity but not yet showing signs of ageing. To watch!
