Intense yellow straw colour. The nose reveals nuances of smoke and struck match with hints of yellow apples, pineapples and honeycomb in the echo. The palate is waxy, textured and almost sticky, with a nice grip and good freshness. Pleasant bitterness on the finish that adds to the complexity.
