(100% Syrah) The nose is fruity, powerful, incisive and offers a small freshness. It reveals notes of cassis and sour cherry associated with slight notes of crushed wild strawberry, gray pepper as well as slight notes of cardamom, graphite and slight notes of raspberry jam. The palate is fruity, sleek, well-balanced, relatively fleshy and offers minerality and a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fine touches of cassis and hints of blueberry associated with slight touches of cranberry, a hint of strawberry as well as slight notes of spices, cocoa and a slight touch of oak. Tannins are fine and slightly dusty. Good length.
