The nose is fruity, elegant and offers delicacy in its complexity/intensity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. We find notes of violet, small bright black fruits and small notes of cooked cassis, purple plum associated with discreet hints of toasted hazelnut, sage as well as a subtle almost oregano hint. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a mineral/acidic frame as well as a beautiful juiciness and delicacy in its fat/roundness. Beautiful finesse and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, pulpy purple plum and small notes of small, bright black fruits associated with touches of oregano, salinity/iodine as well as fine hints of local garrigue and a very discreet, almost eucalyptus point (in the background). Nice supple and suaves tannins. A discreet and good job on the good bitterness.
