The nose is fruity as well as relatively fine and gourmand. It reveals notes of candied lemon, citrus and fine touches of orange associated with fine woody notes and spices. The palate is fruity, rich, relatively opulente and offers an acid / citrus frame. In the mouth this Porto expresses notes of candied lemon and candied orange associated with fine notes of dried fruit, wood as well as discreet notes of caramel and candied orange zest on the finish. Good length. A Porto made in a “rich” style.
