On the nose it offers nice complexity, concentration, a fine grain, elegance as well as a fine velvety side. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, crushed wild strawberry and more slightly blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, small blue fruits as well as fine hints of licorice, vanilla and caramelization. The palate is fruity and offers elegance, roundness, smoothness, a certain power but all finesse, a fine airy side in the approach and good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, crushed wild strawberry and more slightly associated blackcurrant) a touch of plum, licorice, with fine hints of zan, sweet spices and vanilla. Gourmandize and a nice flavor on the finish.
