The nose is gourmand, deep and ample. It expresses notes of lemon cream, candied lemon, fresh lemon, orange sabayon and orange zest, combined with touches of white tea, vanilla, nutmeg, toasted brioche and brown butter, palate is elegant, fresh and refined. We find the same complexity and freshness as on the nose, notes of lemon juice, orange zest, lemon and orange cream, brown butter, nutmeg, as well as fresh apricot and peach in syrup. Good length and acidity, the foam is fine and pleasant.
