The nose is fruity, with a fine grain and a fine intensity. There is a peppery quality with Sichuan pepper as well as notes of blackberry, lily and hints of fresh prune. There are also hints of fresh truffle and toasted almond. The palate is fruity with juice and smoothness. There is some fat and gourmandise. There is a certain purity in the elegance without forgetting the airiness of its fatness and pretty notes of fresh raspberries, fairly ripe red plums and more slightly of very ripe red berries combined with touches of tobacco, saffron, camphor and a fine touch of nutmeg. The tannins are precise, fine and structuring with a nice grain. A fine note of mocha can be perceived in the background. Good length.
