The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness, a fine power and a fine deepness. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, bright blueberryand small notes of small crushed red fruits associated with touches of cherry as well as discreet hints of small berries, iris, cardamom, a discreet hint of liquorice stick and Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy/fresh frame, juiciness, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine concentration and sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright/juicy cassis, small black fruitsand small notes of juicy violet plum associated with touches of cherry, raspberry as well as fine hints of lily, violet, liquorice stick, a discreet hint of mocha and spices. Good length. Tannins are supple.
