The wine has a very pale rose gold color. The nose is fresh with iodine notes as well as a minty freshness. We also see some small black fruits. The second nose is more aromatic, a little vinous with stone fruits. The palate is fresh with nice acidity. There are notes of strawberry, yellow peach as well as bitter orange zest. There is a nice minerality and a finish with a refreshing saline hint.
