The nose is lemony and combines the freshness and sweetness of citrus fruits (lemon curd, lemon candy), while remaining very fresh: it also expresses notes of grated lemon zest, grapefruit, lime, and orange zest. On the second nose, we find an expressive minerality (limestone), lactic touches of yogurt, gourmet notes of toasted brioche, fresh hazelnut, underlined by delicate herbaceous notes of hay and cut grass. The palate is gourmand, lively, refined and balanced. It expresses notes of lemon curd, orange sabayon, a touch of spice (vanilla) and torrefaction (toasted hazelnut), combined with the gourmandise of fresh brioche and lemon yogurt. The finish is long, gourmand and complex, with a harmony between sweetness, acidity and bitterness in its notes of orange sabayon, candied lemon and fresh lime. The foam is fine. A wine with great elegance and freshness.
