The nose is flowery and offers a fine richness/concentration. It reveals notes of ripe redcurrants, ripe/fresh small fruits and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of violet, a slight hint of ripe blackcurrant as well as slight hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous structure, suavity, sapidity as well as a fine gourmandize. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red currants, pulpy/juicy cherries and small notes of fresh lily associated with touches of racy minerality as well as slight hints of nutmeg and a discreet hint of spices. Tannins are well-built.
