(24 months on lees, disgorged April 2025) The nose is fruity, frank, racy, finely chiseled and offers a chalky, melodious and enveloping side. It reveals notes of pulpy apple, fresh yellow peach and small notes of fresh meringue, associated with subtle hints of almost sweet mandarin, fresh brioche, a discreet hint of fresh blond tobacco and spices. A pearly side in the background. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, a lovely acidity in juiciness, a vibrant, chalky side, a tangy frame, depth and a fine bite. The effervescence is fine, elegant and offers a certain straightness and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow peach, crisp yellow apple and small notes of crunchy/bright green apple, combined with touches of small crunchy fruits, fine hints of juicy lemon, as well as a subtle hint of yuzu, ripe almond, nutmeg, fresh brioche and salinity/chalkiness. A fine tannic hint in the structure on the finish.
