(Mise: January 2024) The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers a lovely palette of aromas, a brioched side, texture, depth and good pallet width. There are notes of brioche, vinous and small notes of small fruits, associated with fine touches of beeswax, small ripe yellow fruits, almost chalky, fresh spices and a delicate hint of chestnut. The palate is well-built, fruity, balanced, racy and offers a tangy frame, good energy, an electric side and depth. Lovely structure and aroma. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of small yellow fruits, brioche and fresh butter, combined with touches of fresh hazelnut, as well as a subtle almost pastry-like hint and fine hints of bright yellow apple. Good persistence. A lovely vinous side on the palate. A gastronomic wine.
