Masseria Piccirillo – Pallagrello Bianco 2024 – Terre del Volturno IGP

(Mise : March 2025) The nose is fresh, mineral, airy, precise and offers a finely bewitching/delicate side. There are notes of lychee, crunchy peach and small notes of small crunchy fruits, associated with touches of white flowers, fine hints of fresh quince and a subtle hint of almost very fresh verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, dynamic, precise, accuracy, mineral, delicate and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, gourmandise, energy, a nice texture and a nice unctuous side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy quenette, pulpy peach and small notes of pulpy apple, combined with touches of exotic fruit, quenette, as well as fine hints of lilac, verbena, peach blossom and a subtle, almost buttery/discreetly brioche-like hint. A subtle hint of toasted almond in the background. Gourmandise. Good length.
