The nose is fruity, gourmand, slightly tight, tense and precise. There are notes of fresh yellow peach, pulpy nectarine and small notes of fresh/ juicy apricot associated with touches of toasted almond, sage, a subtle hint of acidulous apricot as well as a discreet iodine hint and toasted hints. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, brightness, energy, a beautiful structure, a tannic side in its tructure, slightly powdery/ graphene hints, an acidulous frame as well as a varietal/ floral red thread. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quinte, bright yellow berries and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with touches of honey, quinte, slight hints of crushed yellow peach, touches of sage, acacia as well as slight iodine/ saline hints and toasted almond. A very discreet almost vanilla hints in the background. A certain unctuosity in the background. Tannic in its structure and aromatic. Beautiful persistence on the floral/ varietal.
