The nose is elegant, racy, fruity and offers a beautiful definition as well as a pulpy/bright fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, bright bigarreau cherry, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of zan, violet plum, cornflower as well as hints of pink laurel, candied redcurrant as well as very fine hints of cardamom, black tea and a subtle hint of black olive, cocoa and an imperceptible hint of garrigue. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very discreetly tight and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, suavity as well as fat, a fine juiciness and pulpiness/fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy violet plum, fleshy cassis, small notes of violet, crushed strawberry as well as small touches of crushed bigarreau cherry, cooked blueberry as well as fine hints of black olive and an imperceptible hint of garrigue/rosemary (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant, racy, precise and structuring. Good length. A small tannic hint and notes of vanilla pods on the persistence.
