The wine has a pale, bright lemon yellow color. On the nose it is discreet with fruit. There are notes of pineapple and yellow peach as well as mango and orange blossom. On the palate, there is minerality, freshness and a fruity and floral aspect. There is a soft frame with notes of blood orange, lemon blossom and red apricot. We perceive salinity and a minty freshness that continues until the finish. It is a simple and pleasant wine.
