The wine has a beautiful light gold color, it is limpid and shiny. The nose is discreet at first sight, mineral. There are notes of yellow apple and ripening pear. Then we perceive touches of yellow peach, mango and a slight hint of ripe banana. We also have a ferrous side of the sense of place. The palate is fresh with a dynamic acidic frame. It is a straightforward wine with minerality and notes of green apple, green grape, ripening apricot. We also perceive a hint of tangy melon on the finish as well as this touch of banana which comes back slightly.
