The first nose is aromatic with a pronounced almond note. There is also a hint of fresh walnut and a saline minerality. The second nose opens with a more earthy side, almost white soy sauce. There are still some notes of dried fruit as well as apple. The palate is fresh, saline with a note of almond and walnut on the attack. There is salivation from the mid-palate. The finish is on white grapes.
