The wine has a light straw colour. The nose is fruity and aromatic on the discretion at first sight. There are notes of stone fruits such as yellow peach and juicy apricot as well as hints of mango and cooked papaya. There is a fine hint of melon as well as touches of citrus like blood orange. There is also a touch of racy iron minerality. The mouth is fresh and fruity with an acidulous and mineral frame. It’s straight and gourmand with both roundness and tension. There are notes of stone fruits such as peach and roasted apricot as well as juicy mango and fine hints of citrus. We also perceive vanilla cream and a pleasant buttery hint that brings a patina to the tasting. The finish ends on a sappy note.
