The nose is spicy. It reveals notes of gray pepper and more slightly of dried tobacco associated with touches of fairly ripe blackberry, spices as well as fine hints of scrubland and a very discreet hint of rosemary (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a little freshness, juiciness, a nice shine of the fruit, minerality as well as some tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright blueberry and slightly violet associated with touches of crushed strawberries, thyme as well as hints of sage, sweet blond tobacco, liquorice and a discreet hint. vanilla (in the background). Tannins are precise and finely mellow. Good length. Presence of a hint of good bitterness of the cocoa base / persistence.
