Mas D’Espanet – Eolienne 2019 – Languedoc

The nose offers a fine concentration as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of pear, fresh quince and small notes of fresh almond associated with touches of lemon mesocarp, fine hints of crunchy apple as well as discreet hints of the place (local biotop). The palate is fresh, mineral, racy and offers a small tension, verticality, a fine acidulous frame as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy apple, fresh / juicy pear and small notes of juicy quince associated with touches of racy minerality, mesocarp as well as fine hints of zest, a subtle hint of sage / sense of the place (local biotop) and discreet almost vanilla hints (in the background). Good length.
