The nose is fruity and offers a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of crunchy black cherry, small berries, small notes of violet associated with small touches of blackberry, spices, discreet hints of dry local copse, cocoa and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as minerality and a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous black cherry, juicy blackberry, small notes of juicy plum associated with touches of small berries as well as hints dark chocolate power, black olive and fine hints of sweet spices. Good length. A finely powdered finish. Tannins are well-built.
