The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful suavity, fat, a beautiful grain as well as a fine tension and a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, pulpy/bright plum, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small touches of bright cherry, black olive, liquorice as well as fine hints of laurel, sense of the place, very fine hints of mocha and sugared mild tobacco (in the background). Good length. A very fine hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
