The nose is spicy and offers power, a fine grain as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, pepper associated with small red currants, cloves and fine hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral / juicy frame, a pulpy / juicy fruit, a little fat as well as fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry and bright raspberry associated with bright cherry, fine hints of blueberry, blond tobacco, pepper as well as a subtle hint of liquorice / zan, to a hint of chocolate, with a very discreet hint of coffee (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of cypress (in the background). Tannins are precise, elegant and finely suave.
