The nose is aromatic and offers oxidative hints. It reveals notes of quince, fresh hazelnut, citrus and small notes of quince associated with touches of small yellow fruits as well as hints of lime zest, yuzu and a fine hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a good definition, a beautiful freshness, minerality, precision, structure as well as aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / crushed green apple, quince, fresh hazelnut and small notes of oxidation associated with touches of small yellow fruits, kumquat, fine hints of lemon caviar, toasted as well as an imperceptible hint of honey and sage (in the background). Beautiful, gourmand and suave persistnace.
