(Fermentation in French oak barrels) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers roundness, indulgence, a lactic and woody side. It expresses aromas of ripe apricot, yellow peach, ripe yellow lemon, orange juice, fresh melon, as well as a hint of fresh banana and pineapple. There are also notes of fresh butter, lemon yogurt, fresh wood in the background, a light touch of crushed vanilla, warm brioche and toasted hazelnut. The palate is expressive, tasty and enveloping. The attack expresses the freshness of ripe citrus fruits (blood orange, yellow lemon, grapefruit with its pleasant bitter hint), which are then complemented by notes of yellow peach, apricot, fresh melon, pineapple and passion fruit. In the mid-palate, the wine expresses flavors of fresh hazelnut, honey, hay, white flowers and butter. The finish is complex and persistent – there is a gourmet toasted hint (toasted hazelnut, toasted wood in the background), as well as a touch of brioche and fresh bread. Good acidity and bitterness on the persistence refresh the profile of the wine.
